The Monitor is a free biannual publication of the III FFC. We put out this newsletter to public bodies and contractors to highlight important topics impacting the public construction and contracting industry. Each Edition spotlights a public body, contractor, and III FFC employee. We also have an article specifically about each of our jurisdictions: Indiana, Illinois, and Iowa.
