Jake Berent joined III FFC in 2026 as a Communications Specialist. Jake’s communication expertise includes storytelling, videography, social media, and strategic campaigns. Prior to joining III FFC, Jake served as Director of Communications for the Chicago Federation of Labor, and held the same role with Teamsters Joint Council 25 prior to joining the CFL. Prior to working in labor, Jake was an Emmy-nominated and Associate Press Award winning TV News Multimedia Journalist, reporting for stations in Maine, Alabama, and Michigan.
