Tamara McCollough joins the III FFC as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Outreach Associate. With 20 years of experience as a tradeswoman, Tamara brings invaluable insight and expertise to the III FFC. She has navigated various roles within the industry, starting as a Sheet Metal Worker with Local 73 before transitioning to become an IUOE Local 150 Operator in 2018. She became a seasonal instructor at Local 150’s Apprenticeship and Skill Improvement Program (ASIP) and has been a board member on the Chicago Women in Trades for the past year. Tamara is also a proud Air Force veteran.
