Melissa Binetti obtained her law degree and a certificate in Labor and Employment Law from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004. While at Chicago-Kent she served as a student editor for the Employee Rights and Employment Policy Journal. Melissa is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the United State District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
