Frank Figueroa joins the III FFC after retiring from the Village of Stickney as the Deputy Chief of Operations. Frank started his 28-year career with the Stickney Police Department as a 911-Dispatcher and progressed his career as a Patrol Officer and finally as the Deputy Chief of Operations. He graduated from the Northwestern University Center for Public Safety School of Police Staff and Command. Frank is a married father of two.
