Tylai Lask joined the III FFC in July 2020 as a Special Projects Manager. Prior to joining the III FFC, Tylai was a member of Local 150 from 2007 to 2013. She owned and operated Earthquake Cold Milling, Inc from 2007 to 2013. Tylai preformed the bidding, estimating, contract execution, project management and the daily workings of a heavy highway construction company. As a member of Local 150, Tylai also operated cold milling machines, brooms and skid loaders as part of a clean-up crew. Prior to 2007, Tylai worked in the business banking industry for many years, specifically the construction industry financing area of banking. Tylai lives in Northern Illinois in the country with her two daughters and husband. She enjoys boating and spending time with her family and German shepherd, Otis.
