Marcella Kunstek was employed by the State of Indiana for twenty-six years, including twenty-three as an Enforcement Officer with the Indiana State Police. After graduating from the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy, Marcella was assigned to the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division. Marcella joined the III FFC in March 2010 after retiring from the Indiana State Police.
