Jodi Frailey joined the III FFC as a Construction Analyst for Cook County, IL in 2015. She spent 3 years tracking annually over $2 billion worth of public construction work and monitoring projects to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction laws. In January 2018, Jodi was promoted to Assistant Director of Field Operations in Illinois. Prior to joining the III FFC, Jodi served as Executive Assistant and Property Manager to the President of a waste and recycling consulting firm in Northwest Indiana. She was the liaison between new clients and the project development team to create and initiate custom waste and recycling, reuse, and reduction programs guaranteeing cost effectiveness via monitoring and auditing of vendor accounts. Jodi has 10 years of commercial property management experience and has overseen many building projects in various stages of development and renovation.
