Richard Stewart joined the III FFC in 2000 as a Compliance Monitor working in northwestern Illinois. Richard has over thirty years of law enforcement experience and worked for the Illinois State Police from 1969 until 1999. Richard has worked in a variety of capacities within the department, such as a training and court liaison officer at the Illinois State Academy Springfield and the patrol division. Richard also worked for the Illinois Department of Transportation as a Structure Boring Operator from 1967 until 1969 and spent two years with the U.S Army Military Police serving in Germany and Vietnam.
